New Notice of Annual General Meeting – Runaway Bay Cricket Club

Dear Members,

On behalf of the Runaway Bay Cricket Club, I would like to formally invite all members to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM is an important part of our club calendar and provides members with the opportunity to hear about the past season, discuss the future direction of the club, and elect the committee that will lead Runaway Bay Cricket Club into the 2026/27 season.

Committee Nominations

Nominations are now open for all committee positions, including:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• General Committee Members

If you would like to nominate yourself or another financial member, completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Club Secretary by Wednesday, 29 July 2026.

Nomination forms are available on the Runaway Bay Cricket Club website under the Resources section.

All financial members are eligible to nominate, propose, or second a nomination.

Our club has enjoyed tremendous growth both on and off the field, and we're always looking for passionate people who want to contribute to our continued success. Whether you have experience in club administration or simply want to give back to our cricket community, we'd love to hear from you.

The formal AGM agenda will be distributed to members prior to the meeting.
